   Chill the coupe thoroughly and prepare the Mint leaf floated on the cocktail before mixing.

   Measure white rum, lemon juice, honey syrup, orange juice accurately and add them to a clean cocktail shaker.

   Fill the shaker about three-quarters full with solid ice cubes and seal it firmly.

   Shake hard with ice for 10–15 seconds and fine-strain into the prepared glass.

   Fine-strain into the chilled coupe so no small ice fragments reach the drink.

   Finish with Mint leaf floated on the cocktail and serve immediately while very cold.
