   Chill the coupe thoroughly, prepare the Banana chunk, and ready the shaker.

   Measure rye whiskey, banana liqueur, orange juice, lemon juice, egg white, aromatic bitters accurately and add them to a clean cocktail shaker.

   Fill the shaker about three-quarters full with solid ice cubes and seal it firmly.

   Shake all ingredients with ice, strain back into the shaker, dry-shake without ice to emulsify, then fine-strain into the chilled coupe.

   Fine-strain into the chilled coupe so no small ice fragments reach the drink.

6. 06

   Finish with Banana chunk and serve immediately.
