   Chill a coupe thoroughly before mixing.

   Measure the blanco tequila, quinquina, orange aperitif, chilled water, grapefruit liqueur, and grapefruit bitters into a shaker.

   Fill the shaker with solid ice and seal it securely.

   Shake hard for 10–15 seconds until thoroughly cold.

   Fine-strain into the chilled coupe so no ice fragments remain.

   Serve immediately without garnish.
