   Chill the nick and nora thoroughly and prepare the Dried banana chip or fresh banana slice before mixing.

   Measure london dry gin, lemon juice, banana liqueur, fino sherry, rich simple syrup accurately and add them to a clean cocktail shaker.

   Fill the shaker about three-quarters full with solid ice cubes and seal it firmly.

   Shake hard with ice for 10–15 seconds and fine-strain into the prepared glass.

   Fine-strain into the chilled nick and nora so no small ice fragments reach the drink.

6. 06

   Finish with Dried banana chip or fresh banana slice and serve immediately while very cold.
