   Chill the coupe thoroughly, prepare the Half passion fruit floated on the surface, and ready the shaker.

   Measure white rum, lime juice, apricot liqueur, rich simple syrup, vanilla syrup, passion fruit accurately and add them to a clean cocktail shaker.

   Fill the shaker about three-quarters full with solid ice cubes and seal it firmly.
